Service Access
The platform is licensed to the subscribing institution for authorized users. Credentials must remain confidential and may not be shared outside the permitted organization.
Customer Responsibilities
The institution is responsible for lawful data collection, accurate information, user permissions and appropriate use of communication, payment and academic modules.
Subscription and Availability
Access depends on the selected plan and active subscription. We may perform maintenance, security updates and improvements with reasonable notice where practical.
Intellectual Property
The software, design, documentation and branding remain the property of School Insight ERP and its licensors. Customer data remains owned by the customer.
